High Volume Selling Roughneck

During the month of October, North Atlantic Drilling signed the contract for purchase of two MH™ RNX units for West Elara, a Jack-up rig located in the North Sea.

“This is a key breakthrough for us confirming our position as the preferred supplier in the offshore high-end segment”, says Jarle Vaag, Chief Sales Officer in MHWirth.

MHWirth has sold numerous RNX roughnecks, including the one installed on the Visund fixed platform, where it has been in operation for about 18 months. Our customer, Statoil, is very pleased with its performance. Their satisfaction, combined with zero downtime and the RNX’ ability as a tool carrier for other operations, have been instrumental to further marketing and sales efforts to this market.

Originally introduced to the market in 2015, the MH™ RNX series of iron roughnecks have successfully become a high volume selling machine.
